Kyle and I have created some rules that apply to when we are playing Minecraft. We created these rules because if we didn't just be cheating all the time. For those who don't know, you can change into a mode called "creative mode" that gives you access to any resource or item in the game. We decided on these rules because they either take lots of time to do or you just can't do it at all. We feel these rules are very reasonable and still can work for our projects.
These are the cheats that we use while in creative mode:
- Arrows (they take a long time to make otherwise)
- Trying out different items that we wouldn't be able to find (will destroy them after we are done with them)
- Flying (for exploration)
- Changing the Time of Day so we don't get killed from the monsters that spawn at nightime
